Tangmo, Ladapha Sophonkunkit (1991) was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. She recently graduated from the Live Art and Performance Studies (LAPS) programme at the University of the Arts Helsinki.
As a Thai performance artist and producer, Tangmo works between Bangkok and Helsinki, creating a unique blend of cultural influences in her art. Her practice focuses on re-remembering the past while reimagining possible futures, using performance as a medium to engage audiences in a dialogue about identity, memory, and cultural heritage.
